Our school fees cover all educational costs, excluding additional after-school activities. All amounts are in Qatari Riyals (QAR).
Assessment Fee
300 QAR
New students, Grade 1 and above. One-time, non-refundable, non-transferable. Payable on the day of the interview.
Registration Fee
500 QAR
New students only. One-time, non-refundable, non-transferable. Payable upon acceptance.
Seat Reservation
2,000 QAR
Part of the tuition fees, paid to secure a seat for the next academic year. Non-refundable and non-transferable.

Withdrawal & Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Fees
Assessment, registration, and seat reservation fees are non-refundable.
Extra Fees
Consumable supplies and stationery are non-refundable after the first day of school.
Before the Academic Year Begins
Tuition will be refunded (excluding seat reservation). Extra fees will be refunded.
Withdrawal During the First Month
Tuition will be prorated based on days attended, minus the reservation fee.
From the Second Month Onward
Withdrawal anytime after the first day of the second month of the academic year: the first tuition payment must be paid in full.
After Winter Break
Withdrawal starting the first day after winter break: full annual tuition must be paid.
